UPDATE: Guy Robs Bank in Old City as Cops are on Good Day Philly Across the Street

Just about a half hour ago, Good Day Philly was doing a piece on the Tour de Shore with some police officers on bikes. They were on the sidewalk outside the studio at 4th and Market. As that was happening, a TD Bank was being robbed just across the street. Steve Keeley – seen above trying to use his Terminator powers to locate the robber – noted that it was possibly the same robber who was already wanted for a previous robbery (and who many of you on Twitter pointed out looks like Kyle). The cops doing the piece, including Twitter’s own Joe Sullivan, immediately begun pursuing the suspect.
This whole thing is insane. It’s truly the definition of “wrong bank to rob, wrong time.”

UPDATE: Somehow, the suspect is still on the loose. A tracking device in with the money was found up at York and Aramingo, along with some money.
