Flyers Drop Another in Shootout

The echoes could be heard everywhere – it sounded to the untrained, unknowing ear like boos each time Flyers goaltender Brian Boucher or Devils goaltender Johan Hedberg made a save.
But to anyone who knows the nicknames “Boosh” and “Moose,” it was obvious the Flyers and Devils fans in attendance at Prudential Center were just voicing their approval. It happened a lot, as the backup goaltenders dueled it out all afternoon, with Hedberg and the Devils emerging with a 2-1 shootout win over the Flyers in Newark, N.J.
