Christian Hackenberg will Work out for the Eagles

You can’t say the Eagles aren’t doing their due diligence: After meeting with Carson Wentz last night and setting up a workout with Johnny Depp impersonator Paxton Lynch, the Jeff/Howie/Doug triumvirate will also meet with PSU QB Christian Hackenberg.
As just noted on @SportsCenter, you can add Christian Hackenberg to the #Eagles workout list (expected to take place next week).

Hackenberg, whose name just screams “backup for the Vikings dating Kacie McDonnell” is currently projected as a second or third-round pick. The Eagles have no picks in round two but two in round three (77 and 79 overall). But with the Birds looking at Wentz and Lynch, we’ll know if Hackenberg is off the table way before round three actually rolls up.
