Monday Night Football loves a little cut-away. When the game is in Philadelphia, it’s usually a ton of cheesesteak b-roll – “Hey, can you put it on the roll and then hold it up to the camera almost alarmingly close?” – “Gonna Fly Now,” and every other stereotype. But tonight they’re rolling out something special. According to Inforum, MNF hired a crew from Fargo to “broadcast live cut-ins from Frank’s Lounge, 2640 52nd Ave. S. in Fargo. The lounge is encouraging visitors to wear Carson Wentz-related jerseys.” It’ll also provide Jon Gruden with a thousand opportunities to say how Wentz coming from the cold hardened him up to be a tough player and a great pro. If Wentz plays well, don’t be surprised if he tries to name the state of North Dakota as the night’s Gruden Grinder.
