City Council, Looking Awkward in Phillies Hats, Honored Ryan Howard this Morning

Velcro-backed Phillies hats don’t really match with suits – and take those stickers off the brim, pretend it’s actually your hat – but that didn’t stop City Council from throwing ’em on this morning to honor Ryan Howard for his years of service on and off the field in Philadelphia.
Howard was gifted a Liberty Bell, which he can put in one of literally hundreds of rooms in his Florida home. The full text of the resolution to honor Howard can be read here.
