DraftKings Sportsbook Is Now Officially Live in New Jersey

DraftKings launched its sportsbook, DraftKings Sportsbook, last Wednesday in New Jersey on an invite-only basis while the company completed a five-day soft launch trial.
Today, it launches in full. And while you have to be in New Jersey in order to use the app, you don’t have to live there. So if you’re at the Shore on vacation, you can get going.

We’ve put together a full review of DraftKings Sportsbook. But the short version is that this is a very impressive debut.
At launch, DraftKings Sportsbook lists action on everything from baseball to darts – DARTS! – with a wide variety of traditional, prop and live bets. Most notably, however, they have implemented something called a “live ticket,” which essentially allows you to exit bets before their completion. So, if you’re winning a bet and want to lock in a profit, you can do so (albeit at a slightly lower rate), or you can exit a bet you’re losing to recoup at least a portion of it.
