They waived Tre Sullivan, the backup safety and special teamer who committed the punt mistake last night:

Bradham comes off suspension to take the roster spot vacated by Mack Hollins, who went on injured reserve.
And to be fair, Sullivan was probably going to be waived to make room for Hall anyway, who was also serving a one-game suspension for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy last year.
The Eagles sent Chicago a 7th round 2019 draft pick in exchange for Hall.
The Birds also signed defensive tackle Treyvon Hester to the practice squad and released Winston Craig, Rashard Davis, and Greg Ward.
