Kevin Frandsen Will Have a Bigger Radio Role This Season

Here’s some Phillies news not involving Manny Machado, Bryce Harper, or Patrick Corbin:
#Phillies have expanded the role of radio broadcaster Kevin Frandsen. Frandsen will work 81 Phillies games alongside play-by-play announcer Scott Franzke on the Phillies Radio Network beginning in 2019.

Last year the Phils peeled back Larry Andersen’s duties as they had Kevin Stocker, Kevin Jordan, and Kevin Frandsen fill in. It looks like Frandsen emerged as the best of that bunch, so they’ll now split the season with Franzke and LA handling half of the games and Franzke and Frandsen handling the other half.
