Harper Watch 2019: Jim Salisbury “Not Feeling Anything”

Harper Watch 2019.
We’re on the edge of our seats.
NBC Sports Philadelphia’s Jim Salisbury, who is well connected within the Phillies organization, went on 97.5 the Fanatic this afternoon.
Salisbury told Jason Martinez and the Cuz the following:
“I’ve been hearing the same hysteria all morning as you have. I’m not feeling anything coming down today.”
More:
"I have seen that they have made an offer to Machado, but I have not seen that they have made an offer for Harper. I still think they want to see what happens with Machado and then spend aggressively with Harper." – @JSalisburyNBCS

"There is some thought that once Machado and Harper sign and set the bar, the Angels will then aggressively try and extend Mike Trout." – @JSalisburyNBCS
