The Birds are bringing back Darren Sproles on a one-year deal:

I can’t say I’m floored by the news, but I will say this:
Sproles does not make the Eagles worse. Even if they only use the 36 year old sparingly, he’s still a good change of pace guy who can make defenders miss, he can return some punts and kicks, maybe play Miles Sanders’ role if the rookie needs time to acclimate or recover from his injury.
