Matthew Clemmens, affectionately and infamously known as Pukemon – the Phillies fan who puked on a little girl at Citizens Bank Park in 2010 – apparently died suddenly on Tuesday from some sort of infection or heart failure.

Credit to (@FanSince09), who discovered Facebook posts from Matt, his mother and brother. Early Sunday, Matt posted that he was out of the hospital after doctors found lumps on his lymph nodes. Later that night:

On Tuesday, his mother posted:

And then Michael Clemmens, his brother:

That, folks, is a rapidly deteriorating heart infection (apparent) playing out in real-time on Facebook. Scary stuff.

UPDATE: Comments deleted and closed out of respect for Clemmens and his family.
