I love this guy.

Lots of Sixers owner news today, but this is easily the most interesting: Marc Leder, the Mitt Romney-hostin’, sex party-throwin’, Ho Hos-savin’, love child fatherin’, playboy Sixers co-owner, known for throwing loud sex parties in the Hamptons, allegedly threw another loud sex party in the Hamptons, and this time, he’s going to pay for it. And by pay for it, we don’t mean the $50,000 he put in an escrow account to proactively cover code violations. We mean that he’s been banned from throwing any more parties in Southampton… precisely because his sex parties are a little bit too awesome for Southampton. Sex parties.

From the New York Post:

Faced with a permit hassle for his bawdy Fourth of July blowout, banker Marc Leder cut a $10,000 check to Southampton Town officials for a charitable cause so the party could go on, The Post has learned.

“It’s just legal bribery,” said one angry resident who has called code-enforcement officials on Leder’s bacchanals in the past. “You can dress it up however you want.”

The Sun Capital honcho, whose X-rated Water Mill parties infuriate his neighbors, was slapped with a stop-work order by Southampton Town officials on Tuesday after erecting a mammoth party tent at the Bay Lane property without a permit.

Burke told The Post that Leder placed $50,000 into an escrow account to serve as an insurance policy against any possible code violations at the party — and greased the wheels with an additional $10,000 donation to a local Southampton charity.

Guests of the bashes at Leder’s $900,000 summer rental home have reported rampant nudity and public sex acts.

The Boca Raton, Fla.-based private-equity titan has been hosting ragers every Saturday night this summer and “75 percent of all guests are young women in bikinis,” a recent attendee told The Post.

Leder’s July 4 party was a hit — but, as expected, he ignored a music curfew and was given a violation, a source said.

He also owes the town money for a violation from a previous party, which will be extracted from the $50,000 escrow account.

Yeah, he set up a slush fund to cover the fines he would incur as a result of throwing a massive beach party in the Hamptons likely with partially-cloaked and or naked women (this is why you get rich, children.)

The NY Post, Newsday and local blogger Laura Goldman are all now reporting that Leder will no longer be able to throw parties in Southampton.

From Newsday:

Southampton officials will no longer allow a wealthy seasonal renter to host weekly parties, after his Fourth of July soiree drew another noise complaint, the town’s supervisor said.

Marc Leder, co-CEO of Sun Capital and based in Boca Raton, Fla., failed to secure proper permits for his July Fourth party, but town officials did give him last-minute permission for the event.

Let’s all pour one out for Marc Leder’s loud sex parties.
