Claude Giroux is Hanging Out with P.K. Subban

Here's a Tweet from an insufferably named, presumably French-Canadian junior hockey player, Olivier Houle. He spent time with Michael Richards' best bud P.K. Subban and Claude Giroux in Montreal on Friday.

Before you go getting all worked up, Giroux and Subban were teammates on the Canadian junior team a few years ago. No sign of Danny Briere, who was playing craps with Giroux on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Richards spent some time in France. He also continued to display his love of exclamation points (!!!)… and underdogs.

Goooo team!

Now, if only we could figure out what Carts has been up to… he's been keeping a low profile amidst all these trade rumors.

Just keepin' tabs on the boys…

Mike Richards Calls Out Montreal’s Subban, Hartnell Says He was Choked

Kyle Scott - November 17, 2010

Subban

Oh boy.  Next Monday night's game against the Canadiens in Philadelphia should be a blast.

Last night, Canadiens rookie defenseman P.K. Subban was clearly getting under the skin of Mike Richards, especially when he interfered with Richards as he was about to get into a third period fight. Richards was yelling something at Subban in the penalty box, and now we have an idea as to what it was about.  Richards after the game:  [via Puck Daddy]

"He's a guy that's come in the League and hasn't earned respect. It's just frustrating to see a young guy like that come in here and so much as think that he's better than a lot of people. You have to earn respect in this League. It takes a lot. You can't just come in here as a rookie and play like that. It's not the way to get respect from other players around the League."

"Hopefully someone on their team addresses it, because, uh, I'm not saying I'm going to do it but something might happen to him of he continues to be that cocky.

Oh boy.

Here's the audio via Team 990 in Montreal:

Wow.  If that wasn't enough to stir the pot, Scott Hartnell says he was chocked at the bottom of a scrum.  Audio after the jump.
