DeSean Jackson Apparently Believes That Obama is Going to Right This George Zimmerman Wrong

DeSean Jackson joined Marcus Vick and many other (mostly black) athletes in expressing outrage over George Zimmerman’s not guilty verdict last night*:

That last one included an instantly grammed grab of an obviously false story from the National Report which stated that Obama was coming to Trayvon’s rescue. Because justice isn’t done until it’s served in an “Earlybird” filter:

Presumably, DeSean doesn’t know how “double jeopardy” works in America.

*For the record, these posts making fun of idiots like DeSean Jackson and Marcus Vick are in no way me defending George Zimmerman. None of this would’ve happened if Fat Batman had just stayed in his car instead of trying to earn his hero’s cape. While Zimmerman may very well be the most racist motherfucker in Florida (a dubious distinction), the trial’s verdict has absolutely nothing to do with race in America. What idiots like DeSean, Marcus and others likely don’t grasp is that no one is saying Zimmerman is “innocent”– rather, he was found “not guilty.” Fortunately or unfortunately, the prosecution was unable to prove that he wasn’t acting out of self-defense. There was enough doubt surrounding that accusation that he couldn’t be convicted of the crime with which he was charged. And in case anyone is keeping score, it’s that same standard that got O.J. off… but something tells me Marcus and DeSean aren’t as outraged about that.

  1. It’s a shame Kyle wasn’t shot by Zimmerman. If that were the case, Zimmerman would be a national hero.

    • seriously, it would be a good thing if someone killed kyle?
      wow.

if you dont like his blog, why do you come here? because you have nothing better to do with your life? your clearly the type of person who builds him/herself up behind a keyboard but is socially awkward and clearly has no friends.

i get your trying to be a “troll” and get noticed but find something better to do with your life, its pathetic.

now i will wait for your high school aged insult in return cause your clearly not educated enough to have a rational diccussion with, may god have mercy on your soul.

    • I agree, Kyle is a worthless piece of shit.

  2. the case should have never made it to trial. a grand jury should have seen this case and they would have dismissed it. If the little thug never assaulted fat batman, the little thug would still be alive. period.

    • Yes! If you smoked lot or acted like a knucklehead as a teenager, than you deserve to be shot too!

Funny how no one talks about how Zimmerman got arrested for assaulting a police officer! I guess he isn’t a thug?

      Fucking hypocrites.

      • Each time you post, read or refresh you bring Kyle more ad revenue. Excellent strategy to bring down his evil website.

        • Way to refute my points about the hypocrisy of Zimmerman supporters!

          • I love black people. Period. Now that travon is dead who is going to make up for all the great things he did for society?!?!?!? Oh wait…..

Kyle, did you finger anyone at the tailgate?.

  5. From Whatreallyhappened :
BLACK PANTHERS BUSSING THOUSANDS TO FLORIDA

Reports have come in from eye witnesses in Sanford, Florida that the New Black Panther Party, an extremist group that has called for the killing of George Zimmerman if he is found not guilty, is busing in thousands to that town. Sanford is the location of the trial and near the place where the shooting of Trayvon Martin by Zimmerman occurred. There have been threats of riots if Zimmerman is not found guilty and it is believed that the New Black Panther Party and other extremist groups will attempt to take advantage of racial tensions after a non guilty verdict by organizing riots.

Did the US Department of Justice pay for those buses?

I cannot emphasize enough that right now the US Government WANTS race riots in cities across America, to distract from IRS-gate, to distract from DOJ-gate, to distract from NSA-gate, to distract from PRISM-gate, to distract from Benghazi-gate, to distract from EPA-gate, to justify declaration of a National Emergency, to justify suspension of the Constitution, to justify a gun-grab, to have a small civil unrest to brutally put down to discourage a much lager uprising of the entire population the government could not hope to deal with. Too much corporate media focus has been put on this one case, with far to much emphasis on the racial overtones. Too many suspicious Facebook posts and tweets keep selling the idea that a Zimmerman acquittal will or should trigger mass riots.

    Don’t fall for it.

Don’t be as stupid as the US Government hopes you are.

  7. I’ve actually met Kyle. but i’m not a stalker.

  8. Right, this has nothing to do with race. I’m sure if Trayvon Martin had shot George Zimmerman, Martin would have been acquitted. I’m also sure that when Jeff Corcoran calls a 17 year old armed with a bag of Skittles “a little thug,” that has nothing to do with race.

Funny how white people always know “it has nothing to with race.” It must be some insight that comes from a lack of melanin or something.

“the verdict has nothing to do with race.”

      • You’re stupid because you’re white, which makes you racist.

      • Yeah, I can read. If Trayvon Martin had taken George Zimmerman’s gun from him and shot him, he’d be well into a double-digit jail sentence. And if Trayvon Martin was white, Zimmerman would be in jail already.

        Do you disagree?

        • If Trayvon was white and his name was Carl, we would have never heard about this case. Nuff said. There is no other side to play the race card.

          July 14, 2013 at 6:11 pm

If one were able to remove a gun from another’s holster, shoot, and kill them, it would be a bit harder to claim self-defense.

    • I bet you cheered when OJ Simpson was acquitted. I bet that had nothing to do with race huh?

Where is all the outrage when young black men are murdered by other young black men at a rate that is astounding?

Where is all the outrage when little kids are killed by young black men shooting at other young black men?

One case where someone who is “whitish” looking killing a young black man is enough to draw this type of response, from even the president. It’s pretty damned telling when nothing is done about the hundreds dying in his home city of Chicago, but something”must” be done now.

  12. Sadly, the Feds can bring charges against Zimmerman and it would not be double jeopardy.

Double Jeopardy does not preclude a person from being prosecuted for the same factual incident by a different sovereign. So, the state of Florida prosecuted him, and he was acquitted – therefore, the State of Florida cannot bring charges against him for that incident again. However, the Federal government is a separate sovereign entity so they can prosecute him over the same factual incident for Federal crimes (if there are any). Its screwy, I know, but that is just how double jeopardy works.

  16. And when Al Tru posts a batshit insane comment about how the New Black Panthers — a group that has about 12 members — is bussing “thousands” to Florida, and how the Obama administration wants race riots, the batshit insanity of that comment has nothing to do with race.

    • In politics, there’s a saying: “Why waste a good crisis”. In the news media it’s “If it bleeds it leads” The media outlets pushed this story to the front.
Who controls the media ? the Amish ? go back to sleep.

      • Any valid and relevant point you have about this case being a distraction gets completely overshadowed by your paranoid big brother horse shit. I bet you were amongst the chorus of people bitching about one member of the black panthers standing outside of a voting station in philly this past election. All the guy was doing was opening doors for people, yet the usual suspects of paranoid morons were saying the same thing you said in your initial asinine comment.

Now I know you’re probably going to retort with some delusional drivel about how the black panthers are taking over or how obama rigged the election or hired Zimmerman to shoot trayvon and ignite his race war thats going to kill all of us “sheep” leaving the fate of the country in your all knowing, capable hands–but go ahead, its only going to make you look even more stupid and pathetic.

  20. Desean Jackson is an inarticulate lazy eyed anal fissure.

  21. No, the Feds could NOT file identical charges. Your assessment is completely incorrect, Frank.

Instead the federal government could file hate crime charges against Zimmerman. This would be an entirely different charge and extremely difficult to prove. If found guilty the punishment would be a different one….you’re way off on this.

    • Hate crime charges would be Federal charges for the same act/incident. I never said that it would be the exact same charges – just that he could be prosecuted for the same crime by a different sovereign under Federal charges.

Under a dual sovereign model (which the US is based) federal charges would not be barred under the concept of double jeopardy as the US is not the same sovereign as the state of florida.

  27. No, that’s not correct. And if you’re “actually a lawyer” then I sure hope you’re letting your clients know how poorly you understand the 5th amendment.

    • The fifth amendment doesn’t prohibit separate sovereigns from filing charges. In fact, it wouldn’t prohibit a state from filing them if they had jurisdiction. That’s how the separate sovereign doctrine works. The case law is pretty clear.

Obviously, DeSean is just as retarded as Marcus and all the other black athletes who got their panties in a bunch over the Zimmerman verdict. If any of these clowns had bothered to actually follow the trial, they’d know the prosecution’s case was weak from day one, leaving the jury with no choice but to acquit “Fat Batman” of all charges.

However, while Zimmerman avoided prison, he is by no means free. I suspect he’s got a big ol’ bullseye on his back and is probably being smuggled out of Florida for his safety even as I type this on my iPad. Then there’s the inevitable wrongful death lawsuit the Martin family is bound to file, followed by a civil trial, that’s how O.J. wound up behind bars after he beat the rap on his murder trial. Zimmerman’s got more court time coming.

    • PhillyFlash…………OJ is not in jail for the murder or any court case connected to it. He is in jail for armed robbery against someone who was selling his old stuff

  32. They can’t cut Desean & Vick fast enough. Then maybe I’ll start buying Eagles merchandise again.

  33. The case was flimsy unfortunately and the verdict reflects that…Legally he got off, but as with OJ, i think we can all read between the lines for the most part…The sad thing is that this basically set up a legal precedence for being a big fat stupid pussy…The defenses whole case was basically, “He idiotically tried to play batman and got out of his car to pursue who he thought was a criminal. But George is such a giant gaping vagina that he didnt have the phyisical or mental capacity to do anything but shoot and kill a skinny teenager that he outweighed by double–and who were claiming was high on pot, because ya know, being stoned really turns you into a killing machine–who was armed with nothing but skittles.” Pretty pathetic justice if you ask me.

  34. Fuck desean fuck all the Vicks fuck al sharpton and fuck that little thug

  35. Here’s what I don’t understand…black men kill other black men EVERY DAY in neighborhoods like North Philly all across the U.S. and no one bats an eyelash. Yet, when a light-skinned Hispanic male kills a black kid the whole country is up in arms? Am I missing something here? Isn’t one killing just as bad as the rest? Why does it matter if it’s motivated over drugs, race, or anything else for that matter? Isn’t wrong either way?

    • You mean like Lil’ Snupe? A black teenager shot by a 36 year old black male over an argument stemming from, of all ridiculous things, a video game? Al Sharpton must have missed that headline.

  38. George Zimmerman, Son of a Retired Judge, Has 3 Closed Arrests
    11:25 AM EDT
    3/27/2012 by Danielle Canada

Did George Zimmerman have help from his father, a retired judge, in clearing his name in three separate arrests?

That’s the question that’s being asked now that more information on Trayvon Martin’s 28-year-old killer is being revealed. Robert Zimmerman, a former Orange County magistrate judge, recently wrote a letter to The Orlando Sentinel defending his son, who’s been dragged through the mud for shooting the unarmed 17-year-old last month. In the letter, the senior Zimmerman asks people not to jump to conclusions and insists that his son didn’t follow the young boy home as he walked through their gated community.

“He would be the last to discriminate for any reason whatsoever. The media portrayal of George as a racist could not be further from the truth. At no time did George follow or confront Mr. Martin. When the true details of the event became public, and I hope that will be soon, everyone should be outraged by the treatment of George Zimmerman in the media,” wrote Robert Zimmerman.

Now more info is being dug up on his “victimized” son through public records and revealing his checkered past.

According to a records search on George, he was previously arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and most shockingly, resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison.

All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun? Maybe that’s a question Robert Zimmerman should answer …

Goodbye, Cal. You will be missed. Always remember.

  41. The next racial story…….
Michael David Dunn, 45, is charged with murder and attempted murder in the Nov. 23 shooting at a Jacksonville, Fla., gas station. Dunn parked beside an SUV 17-year-old Jordan Davis was riding in with three other young men and told them to turn the music down, police said. Dunn exchanged words with Davis, who was in the back seat, and started firing, later telling police he felt threatened.

ATLANTA — The fatal shooting of a Florida teenager who was listening to loud music in a car a week ago has drawn comparisons to the Trayvon Martin case, but the differences are significant.

Unlike the Martin case, there were several witnesses to this shooting and there was no scuffle before 17-year-old Jordan Davis was shot to death. And notably, the man accused of firing into the car was arrested a day later.

Michael David Dunn is charged with murder and attempted murder in the Nov. 23 shooting at a Jacksonville, Fla., gas station.

The 45-year-old Dunn parked beside the sport utility vehicle occupied by Davis and three other young men and told them to turn the music down, police said.

Dunn exchanged words with Davis, who was in the back seat, and started firing. He later told police he felt threatened.

His attorney has said Dunn saw a gun and shot in self-defense, perhaps laying the ground work for a case under Florida’s “stand your ground” law.

Since the shooting, Davis’ family has received an outpouring of support from the community.

A “Justice for Jordan” Facebook page was set up and his classmates gathered at a memorial service with T-shirts showing Davis’ smiling face.

  42. These same outraged athletes probably wouldn’t have given Trayvon Martin an autograph. There’s no question Zimmerman is a dead man walking and rightfully so.
It will be a good day when that pos leaves the earth.

  43. The media is totally invested in George Zimmerman being convicted as a racist ‘white Hispanic,’” noted conservative talk-radio titan Rush Limbaugh, referring to a recent ABC broadcast that appeared desperate for rioting. “They are totally invested, and it looks like the prosecution’s case is just imploding — and, as such, there’s panic now. So much so, ladies and gentlemen, so much so, that there is now talk and agitating for race riots…. They’re agitating for riots already.”

Race profiteers such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, whose lucrative careers depend on continually fomenting racial division and hatred, have also played a key role in the escalating tensions. Even President Obama, who outrageously injected himself into the case by saying, “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon,” has also been blasted by analysts and commentators for stoking racial unrest.

If and when chaos erupts following the verdict — a distinct possibility even if Zimmerman were to be convicted, some analysts say — it would hardly be the first time in U.S. history that a coalition of race-mongers and the establishment media helped fan the flames. Perhaps the most spectacular example, the 1992 Los Angeles riots, bears remarkable similarities in terms of the deceptive reporting, the paid race agitators, and the explosive cocktail resulting mostly from the ignorance and behind-the-scenes organization. A verdict in the Zimmerman trial is expected in the coming days or weeks.
