Jim and I had a 30-minute conversation with Brett Brown in which we talked about the team’s use of analytics, his campaigning on behalf of Michael Carter-Williams, his working relationship with Sam Hinkie, the struggles of tanking, the development of Joel Embiid and Nerlens Noel, Dario Saric being the real deal, and how Gregg Popovich and the Spurs were using many modern philosophies long before anyone else.

  1. Copper cookware is considered the heaviest among all cookware.

    Never use any shortcut methods while cooking, handling and cleaning cookware unless you are
    hundred percent sure of its success. At home, you most certainly will be able to wake up and enjoy the scent of cooking bacon and brewing coffee.

  2. I’ve always used a pair of regular oven mitts or a dish
    towel to remove the hot baked items from my oven. Baked good,
    for example, need to be cooked evenly, while most meats need to be seared
    on top. If it is not, remove the large flat stone and build up your oven walls some more and try again.
