Cliff Lee's Career May Not be Over
About five months ago, we thought Cliff Lee might retire. We doubled down on that when his option was declined and contract bought out by the Phillies. It looks like we may have been a bit premature:
Cliff Lee has been throwing and he's received medical clearance. If he finds the right fit, he will pitch in 2016.

Howard Eskin isn’t on board:

And then he called Cliff a firmer rose:
People that retweeted my typo..get a friggin life! Zero's trying to become one's. Nobody's trying to become somebody. Twitiots!!!

With Cliff Lee now medically cleared, and Chase Utley looking to continue his career, it’s possible the Dodgers’ “Phillies West” contingent could grow even larger. Next move: Finding a way to send Ryan Howard out there.
