LeSean McCoy had his first media availability since shutting down any questions after the Eagles game, and he still didn’t offer much. He did take time to also deny the phone call report that had Chip so riled up, but after that he was – again – done talking about Philadelphia. From PFT:

Asked about kissing the Eagles logo during pregame warmups on Wednesday, McCoy told reporters, “We got the Redskins this week. All that’s in the past.”

Pressed on the message he was trying to send, McCoy stood firm.

“Listen I’m worried about the Redskins,” McCoy said. “The game in Philadelphia’s over.”

Even though McCoy is acting as childish as he can on this – he’s the person who yells and yells and yells at someone but before they can respond just says “you know what? I’m over it” – I don’t even really care that much that he isn’t talking about the game or staying over in Philly. We know he’s not going to give straight answers anyway. I just wonder if McCoy realizes he has the power to, with a well placed fumble or two, give the ‘Skins a leg up on the division over the Eagles? Don’t ask him though/give him any ideas.
