And only a couple days after 37-year-old Jimmy Rollins found a job: Former Phillies legend Domonic Brown has found himself a job in the great white north. According to Sportsnet Baseball’s Shi Davidi, the Blue Jays have signed Dom Brown to a minor-league contract with a spring training invite. There he’ll be reunited with Phillies greats J.A. Happ and Gavin Floyd. Ben Revere fled for the Nationals in the offseason, or the Blue Jays could have, at some point, had a Ben Revere-Dom Brown-Jose Bautista outfield, which would have just been beautiful. But nowhere near as bad as … oh man the Phillies’ outfield in recent years has been so terrible it’s almost impressive.
