Sports Science is one of my favorite segments on ESPN. This is incredible:

“After launching off the ground with more than 1,300 pounds of force, Gordon gets a little extra boost by pushing down on the ball with an estimated 35 pounds of force. This allows him to elevate his gluteus maximus to a height that would’ve won the high-jump bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics.”
