Here’s Jeffrey Lurie, Howie Roseman and Doug Pederson Eating Dinner with Carson Wentz
By Kyle Scott
Published:

It was reported that the Eagles planned to work out Carson Wentz – projected to be the top quarterback taken in the draft – in North Dakota today, this on the heels of flying to San Francisco to work out Jared Goff.
Tonight, they’re breaking bread together. Sega-Madden quarterback and Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich was there, too:

So this looks like a lot more than just kicking the tires. I’m thinking Jeffrey Lurie doesn’t fly to fucking Fargo for due diligence. The whole cavalry was there. This should be a fun few weeks leading up to the draft.
Side note: John, the Philly fan who just happened to luck(?) into seeing the Eagles brass while in North Dakota for work, says this is probably the nicest restaurant in downtown Fargo. So I indeed love Pederson’s call to wear, what, an Eagles pullover?
Guess Howie didn’t pack him any cardigans.
