Remember when Nick Foles got sponsored by Marriott and Acme because he was inoffensive to well-to-do traveling soccer-moms? Well, Carson Wentz has just wrastled away the title of Most Boring Sports Sponsorships.
First, Bose. Not bad, but oh so NFL-corporate and, you know, not Beats. And now, outfitters to the ordinary, JC Penney:
