Nigel Bradham’s banner week continues. From TMZ, which first reported in July that Bradham punched a hotel worker who was setting up an umbrella:

Now, the Miami State Attorney’s Office tells us Bradham has been formally charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm — a 2nd degree felony.

Bradham has pled not guilty — but if he’s convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison. The trial is set for January.

At his press conference today, Doug Pederson expressed his displeasure with Bradham for carrying a (registered) gun through airport security, but sounded like he wouldn’t discipline Bradham in addition to whatever the league decides to do. But now Bradham has officially been charged with a felony for his earlier boneheaded-ness, so we’ll see what happens.

I will just choose to ignore his idiocy because the man can cover.
