A Friendly Reminder That Ike Reese Is an Employed Member of the Media

Ostensibly.
Ike Reese, who hates the Alshon Jeffery signing (probably because he was wrong), is a member of the media. You’d think that he’d use his obvious Eagles connections to perform a public service and actually bring some value to the WIP airwaves. But nope. Boys club rules. I’D NEVER SHARE PRIVILEGED INFORMATION WITH YOU, THE LISTENER. What a maroon.
Fun fact: Reese and Chris Carlin are in Clearwater (during NFL free agency…), and according to a little birdie, Carlin, a New Yorker and now the WIP afternoon host, didn’t know who Charlie Manuel was:
Nothing says reflecting the attitude of Philly fans quite like a guy who can’t identify one of the city’s most beloved sports figures.
UPDATE: Carlin swears this isn’t true:
I know you want me to respond, Kyle, so here goes: it's not remotely true. But write what you want; I know truth doesn't matter for you. https://t.co/oJLiFArqLI

A classic case of he-said, she said the person who sent it to me completely unsolicited and would’ve had to make up the most random encounter ever said.
