Brett Brown spoke to the assembled media at the Sixers’ practice facility in Camden today, and his description of Joel Embiid is akin to that of Al Pacino describing Ashley Judd’s character in Heat:

“He is every bit of 7’2″. His shoulders are what we see. His hands are that of an athlete. He’s got athlete’s legs. He’s got that fantastic post player’s hips. He’s perfectly designed in the position that he plays. And that all equals mobility. And so when I see Joel for all those reasons, next to the tree line of the players that we have, he’s different. He’s really different. He is a difference maker. And just having him near me and us and with us from a physical perspective, it’s easy for me to say what I just said. It really stands out.”

Inject Brett Brown talking about Joel Embiid’s physical attributes into my veins.

Look at the looks he’s getting:

Embiid may have that great basketball frame, but does he have:

I bet he does.
