Report: Alshon Jeffery Will Miss First Two Games

Per Adam Schefter:
Eagles WR Alshon Jeffery is expected to miss at least the first two games of the season, but the team will activate him to the 53-man roster this weekend with optimism he could be back by week 3, per @mortreport and me.

Week 1 = no Jeffery, no Tim Jernigan, and probably no Carson Wentz, if I had to put money on it.
Mack Hollins still hasn’t played in the preseason and Nelson Agholor has been limited in practice.
Big opportunity for Mike Wallace and Shelton Gibson to make an impression next Thursday night.
Time’s yours.
