Levante Brewing Shouts Out Philly Athletes With a New IPA
This is cool.
Levante Brewing out in West Chester has a new collaboration IPA called “Phrequently Phly,” and the cans feature the colors and jersey numbers of local teams and athletes:
Thanks to @LevanteBrewing for having me on their new IPA beer cans! Honored to be included on these alongside other Philadelphia sports stars such as @88EricLindros, @alleniverson @NickFoles & Chase Utley.
Perfect for the summer & can’t wait to pop open a cold one! #PhillyPhilly pic.twitter.com/myM38wplaj— Alejandro Bedoya (@AleBedoya17) June 20, 2019
Chase Utley, you are the man!
Here’s the description of the brew, after the jump:
In collaboration with RAR Brewing we’re pleased to bring you “Phrequently Phly” a Mango-Colada IPA brewed with heaps of mango puree, then conditioned on toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla. The Phlyness continues with immense hopping of Citra, El Dorado, Simcoe, Azacca, and Mosaic which bring tropical-candy waves rolling down Broad Street. 6.8% ABV – $22 per 4-pack.
Looks like they actually rolled these out for Father’s Day, so they’ve been out for about two weeks. If you swing by Levante, pick me up a four-pack.
