Landon Collins Would Like to Run Over Giants GM Dave Gettleman
Safe to say that Landon Collins is not a Dave Gettleman fan!
The former Giant joined the Redskins in free agency a while back and has made known his displeasure for New York’s general manager, who he says jettisoned players that were “too vocal” or brought bad media to the team.
Speaking with Mike Garafolo at training camp, Collins was asked what he would say if he bumped into his former GM, and responded by saying he would like to bump into him, literally:

The exchange, after the jump:
Collins: What would I say? I would try to tell one of my defensive back coaches to throw the ball in that direction and give a nice little thud, a nice little run over, a quick little (makes grunting/collision sound) something like that. I’m going to make it a little subtle, you know?
Garafolo: That means don’t go to the ground right?
Collins: I don’t think he’s got the skill level to stay on his feet.
Worth noting that Gettleman is 68 years old, but yeah, ex-Giants did not seem to enjoy playing for him.
Here’s a good joke from a guy who thinks Collins is poor in coverage:
As long as Gettleman stands within five yards of an open receiver, he'll never see Collins in person again.
