Report: Sixers Add Roy Hibbert as Development Coach
Some Sixers news on a Friday afternoon:
The Philadelphia 76ers have hired nine-year NBA center Roy Hibbert — a two-time All-Star with Indiana — to a player development coaching role, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium.

Hibbert is 32 years old and last played in 2017, appearing 42 times for the Charlotte Hornets before being traded for the Denver Nuggets. He retired in July of last year.
He was an excellent shot blocker, making the NBA All-Defensive Team in 2014 to go along with his second All-Star selection. Hibbert was not exactly an offensive juggernaut, though he brings with him the experience of appearing in 50+ playoff games during seven seasons with the Pacers.
Welcome to Philly, Roy Hibbert!
