Hook ’em horns!

Some jabronies went down to Cabo (to see Sammy Hagar?) and then tested positive for Coronavirus after returning.

Read this nonsense from Katie Shepherd at The Washington Post:

About 70 students from the University of Texas at Austin, all in their 20s, chartered a plane to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in late March. They took the trip despite public health advice to avoid crowding as well as nonessential air travel.

On Tuesday, Austin public health officials announced 28 students, more than a third of the young people who took the trip, had returned and tested positive for the coronavirus. Many of the remaining students are under public health monitoring, according to officials.

Again we find ourselves asking the question, “What is the appropriate punishment here?” This is similar to the woman who coughed on $35,000 of food in Luzerne County. One of our Facebook followers suggested that every person in the grocery store cough on her in retaliation, which would be crude, but effective.

As punishment, these students, who have enough money to charter plane to Mexico, should cobble together some cash for Coronavirus relief in the great city of Austin. Then, Texas football loses 15 scholarships this season and goes on five years of probation.
