Arthur is out of jail and called Anthony Gargano today.

It was an absolute train wreck of a phone call, as you can imagine. Arthur talked about getting out of the slammer and then said the Eagles should sign Colin Kaepernick because Carson Wentz is a “fraud.”

Here’s some of what Arthur had to say:

“Now let’s get straight here. Listen, baseball season is done. Forget about that, it’s over. It’s time for football, and now Kaepernick wants to come back. I’ve been doing a lot of thinking today, which I really never do, but there’s only one team he should go to. The Philadelphia Eagles! He’ll get a starting job ASAP because Wentz is a fraud!”

I do not know why Arthur was in jail, though I believe he has been in and out over the years.
