Phillies Issue George Floyd Statement While Jeffrey Lurie Addresses Eagles

The Eagles haven’t posted a single thing about George Floyd or the Philadelphia rioting and protesting, which seems a bit weird since Jeffrey Lurie and coaches were supportive of Malcolm Jenkins, Chris Long, and others during the Colin Kaepernick saga. Lurie has always been one of the more progressive NFL owners.
Monday, however, he apparently addressed his team virtually, via T Mac:

And the Phillies today offered their George Floyd statement:

In case you’re keeping track at home, for fake Twitter points, the Sixers and Union issued the first statements, then the Flyers this morning, followed by the Phillies. The Eagles haven’t posted anything.
