Baseball is back.

The Phillies are gearing up for the 60-game season down at the ballpark, and it’s a beautiful thing to see. We’ve got man-bunned Bryce Harper taking batting practice. Andrew McCutchen, no relation to Larry, is 100% healthy.

We’ve also got slugger Rhys Hoskins sporting a mustache that looks like a mix between Michael Jack Schmidt and Tom Selleck during his Magnum, P.I. days:

Agree with Jack; I’m all the way back in on Rhys Hoskins, who struggled through the second half of the 2019 season, with an OPS drop to .643 in August and .624 in September. The Phils could use the Hoskins of last April, when he knocked in 19 runs and hit seven home runs with a .949 OPS. Overall, last year’s numbers were down from 2018.
