Ime Udoka Joining Steve Nash and Mike D'Antoni in Brooklyn
The Sixers set their coaching staff with the additions of Doc Rivers, Sam Cassell, Dave Joerger, and Dan Burke, leaving the existing guys to find jobs elsewhere, or remain in some other role.
Kevin Young left for Phoenix, to join Monty Williams’ staff, and it looks like Brett Brown’s #2, Ime Udoka, is headed to Brooklyn:
Mike D’Antoni and Ime Udoka are finalizing deals to become assistant coaches under Steve Nash with the Brooklyn Nets, sources tell ESPN. Together, D’Antoni and Nash were the architects of the Seven Seconds or Less Offense with the Phoenix Suns in the mid-2000’s.

Another assistant, John Bryant, is reportedly leaving to join Billy Donovan’s staff in Chicago as a player development coach. Keith Pompey also reported that Joseph Blair is headed to Minnesota.
So that would do it for the previous staff. Brett Brown, Kevin Young, Ime Udoka, and Joseph Blair are all gone. In come Rivers, Joerger, Cassell, and Burke. Daryl Morey is hired to run the front office and Elton Brand remains as general manager.
It’s a good group, now they just need to get some shooters and figure out a way to move Al Horford. No easy task!
