There’s a fire sale on real estate owned by ex-Birds.

In recent weeks, we’ve seen Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz put their homes on the market, each with their own individual quirks. Doug lived in Moorestown and had a room that looked to be dedicated entirely to his good friend and former teammate, Brett Favre. And Carson had deer heads mounted on the wall, with a separate space that was described in the listing as a “bonus hunting room.”

Both houses are still available, so if you’re looking for new digs, have it it.

Unfortunately, DeSean Jaccson’s place, also in Moorestown, is pending.

It’s four beds, four and a half baths, and 4,754 square feet on two full acres:

Very nice. A classy Moorestown jawn.

Let’s see what else this home has to offer:

Nice master! Love the stone back splash and tiling with the perimeter lighting. And those sliding barn doors are currently ‘in,’ I think… My old neighbor in Fishtown put those in his basement.

Ah yes, this is definitely the closet of DeSean Jaccson. Look at those jackets and sweatshirts.

Really nice space, though. Look at all the drawers and closet room. My kitchen doesn’t even have half as much storage space as DeSean’s walk-in.

Sick bathroom. Got the soaking tub over there on the left. Dual sinks, which are mandatory for anybody with a wife, girlfriend, partner, significant other, etc. And then you’ve got the walk-in shower with three heads for maximum coverage. The Herringbone floor is pretty rad, too. Not a big Herringbone guy, but in this case it works.

Lovely foyer. A bright and sunny entranceway. Classy winding staircase to the second level, and the floors are fantastic. Just gotta hide those power cords behind the fish tank.

This appears to be a downstairs bedroom, maybe in the basement. That looks like a walk out to the back yard. Peep the Nipsey Hussle canvas on the near wall and N.W.A. poster on the back wall. And at the foot of the bed there appears to be a massive blue tooth speaker, sitting on what I think we would call an Ottoman. Not sure. Gotta brush up on my Ottoman knowledge.

Nice pool. Sometimes less is more. I like the simplistic, but nicely done stonework. You could probably go for a bit more landscaping in the yard, but it’s Moorestown, so you’re on two acres and the neighbors aren’t gonna see jack shit anyway. You have plenty of privacy.

Anyway, D Jacc accepted an offer, because it’s listed at $1.425 million with “pending” status. But if it falls through, keep an eye out, because you might be able to slide in with a bid of your own.
