Wow, we’ve got two RADIO WARS posts, back-to-back!

Sources tell Crossing Broad that Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Marcus Hayes will be added to the WIP roster and is expected to host some shifts as a part-time guy.

That’s pretty much the extent of the story. He’s going to be given some slots over there, and we don’t know anything beyond that. There does not seem to be much else to report.

It would make sense though. Marcus is a columnist and certainly has strong opinions. Strong and controversial opinions that play well on the radio. He’s been a guest on both stations over the years and frequently did Joe Staszak and Angelo Cataldi’s shows.

Of course, Hayes was absolutely demolished on this website years ago, before Kyle became a legal sports betting mogul. The Maestro penned Pulitzer-winning Marcus Hayes stories like “Marcus Hayes is Offensive,” Marcus Hayes Has Outdone Himself with his Latest Shit,” and “Something is Wrong with Marcus Hayes.

Perhaps this news gets Kyle to come back and author a guest column on his own website. We can trick him into writing it. I’ll just tell him that it has to do with Villanova basketball and/or Ocean City boardwalk pizza and he’ll take the bait.
