Crap postseason for the Sixers, but those involved with the team are enjoying their summer.

Ben Simmons recently bought a new LA home for $17.5 million, and now team owner, excuse me, GOVERNOR, Josh Harris has a new Florida pad.

From Brian Bandell at the Business Journals:

$3,537 per square foot? What a deal! That’s like 1.5 mortgage payments for the average Sixers fan.

Apparently this transaction took place a while ago, but I don’t remember it hitting the news cycle. I went back and found a New York Post story from May, which describes more about the house:

The property includes a large courtyard with fountains and a covered deck, connecting the main house to a modern-style guest house.

The interior of the main house has a rotunda staircase, high ceilings, arched doors and windows, multiple fireplaces — and a roof deck. There’s also a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen, a gym, office and lots of water views.

The property also boasts a pool and a basketball court.

So… Josh Harris’s new house has a basketball court, but Simmons’ LA mansion does not? That will play well on social media.

Anyway, here are some pictures from Zillow:
