Some good news for the region on this fine Wednesday morning. The Broad Street Run is coming back to Philly this fall.
After the race went virtual last year due to COVID-19, the 10-mile race will run this year back on its regular route on Sunday, October 10. The race marks another big step forward for the area as it makes its way back to a sense of normalcy.
In case you’re wondering, the Eagles are on the road that day with a 1 p.m. kickoff against the Panthers.
Here are some quick notes on the registration process:
Over the years, the race, which began in 1980 with 1,500 participants, now draws up to 40,000 runners.
You can register and get more information about the Broad Street Run at its official website.
