Eagles Trade Matt Pryor to Colts

That’s a good bit of business. Move a 7th and a guy who hit a wall here in Philadelphia, get back a 6th in return. They essentially swapped Matt Pryor and a 7th for Gardner Minshew, if you want to look at it that way.
Pryor himself was a 6th round draft pick out of TCU in 2018. He played 27 games for the Birds, and started 10 games last year, looking shaky with too much frequency.
The Eagles have better depth on the line this year. They drafted, and recently activated, Landon Dickerson. Nate Herbig can play both guard spots. Sua Opeta is there as well, and we’re hoping Brandon Brooks and Isaac Seumalo stay healthy, so we don’t reach the point where the backups need to come in.
