Geoff Mosher wrote about Jalen Reagor for Inside the Birds.

From his story:

“Other teams will be interested in acquiring Reagor. Sources have told Inside The Birds that teams have already called to check on the third-year receiver’s availability.”

Spoiler: Jalen Reagor is indeed available!

If other teams want him, they can have him. Howie just has to play it cool, though. He has to fake it a bit and say, “well he’s a player we really like, I’m not so sure… but if you REALLY want him maybe we can work something out.” You know what I’m saying? You can’t alert the other team. Gotta sell the opposing GM on the “change of scenery” idea or a “fresh start.”

As far as reasonable return, what do we think? A 7th round draft pick? A bag of balls? A sack of potatoes? Trade value is a “nebulous concept,” as Daryl Morey once said.

Maybe Doug Pederson can do us a favor and take Reagor back. We’ll do it for a 5th and send you J.J. Arcega-Whiteside just to sweeten the deal. Who says no?
