Carson Wentz Doesn't Exactly Get a Ringing Endorsement from Riverboat Ron
Meantime, in The Swamp:
"Why do you think the teams in the division are farther ahead at this point?"
Ron Rivera: "quarterback"

This clip is HEAVILY edited, so I had to go searching for context and found this:
More Ron Rivera on Carson Wentz: "Our QB’s done some good things and he’s had a couple games where he’s struggled. … Most of the time he’s very solid. … But the way he performed yesterday? Just shows you what he’s capable of. We chose him because we believe in him."

Yeah well, I’m not sure I believe him. Carson put in a classic Carson performance on Sunday. He threw for 359 yards and two touchdowns. He led a second half drive to take the lead. Then the Commies punted twice and he threw a goal line interception to cap off an 18-play, 87 yard drive that could have won it for his team.
Every time Carson does something great, he does something terrible as a follow up. He just can’t get out of his own way.
Washington is 1-4 and hopeless. They’ve got Taylor Heinicke and Sam Howell behind Wentz. The fans don’t care. The owner stinks. The stadium is a shithole. Fold the Commies or move them to Pyongyang.
