Jalen Hurts is “Trending in the Right Direction”

Via Nick Sirianni’s press conference, Jalen Hurts is “trending in the right direction,” but he still hasn’t given the starting QB the “all systems go” until they see how he does at Friday’s practice:

“It’s trending in the right direction. Again, we’re going to see how today goes. He’s trending in the right direction. We feel good about it. We have to see how today goes. [Jokingly] That’s why I meet with you guys beforehand, so I don’t have to tell you that answer.”

Sirianni does a great job at averting questions. The whole press conference was a nothing-burger. If I’m one of the main beats, I’m not fighting 95 traffic. It’s Friday, I’ll just watch online. I know Nick’s coyness is based on strategy, but Jesus Christ there are Eagles fans giving themselves ulcers refreshing Twitter every second for an update on Hurts? The Giants are already resting their starters. The dude looks ready to go:
