Nick Sirianni and Howie Roseman did their end-of-season press conference Thursday:

This is a good idea. Sirianni had too much on his plate in 2021. This year, the offense really took off with some added talent and Shane Steichen calling the plays. Sirianni was able to focus more on overall game flow, and we had very few gripes about clock management, timeout usage, or down-and-distance decision making. One of the indicators of a good coach is that he or she knows when to get involved and when to back off, and Sirianni going hands off and entrusting his OC to handle this is a positive thing. If it’s Brian Johnson getting a promotion, he’ll do a great job with Jalen Hurts and running the offense in 2023.
