The Commies Released Carson Wentz
Carson Wentz has an audience of none.
Rapoport was first:
The #Commanders have released QB Carson Wentz.

The Eagles do need a backup. Maybe a change of scenery will do him better. Eagles fans are even starting to make photoshops:

Serious question. Who retires from pro sports first: Ben Simmons or Carson Wentz? I think Wentz already has his second career figured out. He can go start a ministry in North Dakota and grift people out of more money out in Bismarck and live happily ever after. Or he could do one of those hunting shows you used to see at 4 a.m. on the OLN/Versus channel. Ben Simmons’ entire identity is based around being a basketball player. I know he hates the game, but you can’t tell me he doesn’t love the notoriety. What else is he going to do? Video game content creator? He doesn’t have the personality to make that a career. He’s also not turning down $78 million guaranteed over the next two years. Wentz might get a one-year deal to hold a clipboard and then decide to hang it up by age 32.
P.S. Carson Wentz. Mickey Moniak. Ben Simmons. Nolan Patrick. Markelle Fultz. Five top picks all in one calendar year. Truly remarkable by every Philadelphia team to not hit on one of those guys.
P.P.S. I found the only guy having a worse day than Carson Wentz:
