Jean Segura and the Fish are in trouble tonight if they think they’re going to just walk on in here with the Cy Young on the mound and mow down the Phils. Not while Rob Thomson is rocking some red and white Jordan 11s. No word yet on if these help with base running:

That’s a man who is feeling dangerous with a lineup of *checks notes* Kody Clemens, Garrett Stubbs, and Jake Cave. But when you have Bryson Stott leading off anything is possible. Let that guy string together a couple double digit pitch ABs and chase Alcantara by the 4th. That’s not much to ask, right?

Also, say what you want about Rhys Hoskins’ on the field, but off it he’s a humongous part of this team’s success and culture. Whether it’s talking to the media when things aren’t going well and Bryce doesn’t want the burden. Or simple gestures like this one. An ultimate clubhouse guy. The type you need over a long season.

P.S. Anyone who is anyone in Philly right now rocks Jordan 11s:

P.P.S. My top-5 Jordans because you asked:

  1. Jordan 1’s
  2. Jordan 11’s (Black and White Concords)
  3. Jordan 6’s
  4. Jordan 3’s
  5. Jordan 7’s
