Hey, if you’re looking for anything positive to hang your hat on going into Game 7, here’s one. The energy in TD Garden STINKS! Mediocre at best. That’s not even me, a biased Sixers fan, saying that. It’s coming from one of the team’s best players:

This is exactly what I needed to feel whole again after last night’s crippling loss. I thought the series was over. That there was no chance they could go into Boston and win. Then I just realized the Garden does suck. Neither of these fanbases believe in their team, but the energy in the WFC is hands down better than what we’ve seen in Boston. There’s more telling us to tone it down than bring it. Here’s a little exercise. A visual if you may.

Celtics fans have this sense of entitlement, like Celtics players should want to play for them because of their “illustrious history.” You’ve won one title since 1986. The Spurs have five, the Warriors four, and the Lakers eight since then. You won 11 of them when players had two jobs. At this rate, Celtics fans are more concerned about making brunch plans with their moms on Sunday. In Philly we cancelled Mother’s Day:

We are not the same. We’re winning Game 7 in Boston:

There’s no aura. There are no ghosts. It’s not the parque floor of the old Garden. It’s an arena built above a train station. What happened the last time they hosted a Game 7? Anyone remember? Anyone?
