Bob Kelly returned to Good Day Philadelphia Tuesday morning (first reported by Rob Tornoe at the Inquirer) and did indeed talk about the weekend sucker punching incident in Sea Isle City:

Here’s our original writeup on the altercation, with some video of the aftermath.

The short version is that Bob was doing a charity event at the Oar House in Sea Isle, which apparently used to be the Lobster Loft. Some doofus apparently dumped beer on him (the TikTok thing he references), there was a confrontation, Bob was sucker punched, then security chased the guy outside of the restaurant and apprehended him before police showed up. Sources told Crossing Broad that the perpetrator is a Sea Isle local who is known around the community, and not some angry Wildwood electrician or whatever that rumor was. So far nothing from the police, however. No mugshot, no information, no nothing. We’ll update the post if there’s more news, but for now let’s get it back to the Eagles.
