Logistical Issue: Jeffrey Lurie Reportedly Chilling in the Caribbean

Must be nice to be a bazillionaire:
Source told me that #Eagles Jeffrey Lurie is in St. Maarten and did not meet with Sirianni on Wednesday.

#Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie has been spotted on the island of Saint Martin shopping for a luxury boat.
He ain’t firing Nick Sirianni from the Caribbean.

So the “logistical issue” that Diana Russini spoke of was Jeffrey Lurie not even being in the United States. He probably fucked right off to the Caribbean after the Eagles lost 32 to 9 despite being a three point favorite, while Nick Sirianni had to go back to dreary New Jersey. That’s a power move. Lurie is probably sipping on margs as we speak, looking at boats while Sirianni scrambles to save his job. Meantime, you and I are stuck here in 15 degree weather and doing menial tasks of unimportance, like blogging.
Now for a geography lesson:
Sint Maarten is a Dutch territory and comprises the southern part of a Caribbean island with Saint Martin, which is run by the French. Sint Maarten = Dutch. Saint Martin = French. On top of that, the entire island itself is known as “Saint Martin.” Got it? Good.
