Kelly Oubre Jr. was like Scarface from Half Baked after the Sixers lost to the Clippers Wednesday night, delivering the basketball equivalent of “fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you’re cool, and fuck you I’m out.” He later apologized for calling the refs bitches:

Obviously he was fouled on that final sequence. And no, the refs aren’t perfect, but they were all over the place at the end and later confirmed that a foul should have been called. They were inconsistent on a number of calls on both ends in what amounted to a disjointed and replay-laden final two minutes.

But the Sixers committed a number of unforced errors down the stretch, Tyrese Maxey slipped on the floor, and they were a little frenetic after gaining possession on the jump ball. The Clippers were denying Maxey the ball and the Sixers only hit one field goal, a Buddy Hield deep bomb, after Nic Batum’s three-pointer with 1:51 on the clock. That’s what was frustrating, because they had opportunities to extend the lead up 104-99 and couldn’t do it. Add in the non-foul and messy officiating and it’s the type of loss that causes guys to do this:
