If you haven’t watched the Apple TV doc about the Patriots dynasty yet, I can’t recommend it enough. Just as a fan of the NFL who grew up in that era it was awesome recounting everything. Plus, they really don’t talk about Super Bowl XXXIX, so you’re safe there. If you ask any Patriots fan though, the doc is a complete hatchet job of Bill Belichick. Patriots fans think Robert Kraft and Tom Brady conspired to make Bill come off as an asshole and diminished his role in the dynasty during the edit. So this wouldn’t surprise me that Brady might have his hands in what was shown. And what was shown is that he is keeping up the pettiness with his most hated rival… Nick Foles. Reader Todd spotted this when watching the episode that was released this week:

That’s clear as day they purposely edited out Nick Foles’ name. I thought maybe it might be a licensing thing where they would have to pay Foles, but that wouldn’t make sense. They interviewed hundreds of former Patriots and featured tons of game footage that had other player’s names mentioned in them that weren’t involved. I really think Tom Brady can’t wrap his head around the fact a mere mortal could beat him in anything and it eats at him.

Brady can’t fathom that Nick Foles is cooler, funnier and has a bigger dick than him:

How else would you explain the multiple handshake snubs with Foles?

So now all Brady has left is sticking it to him in a documentary one last time. Enjoy it. Doesn’t matter to us. We’ll always have the Super Bowl and Nick will always have the statue outside the Linc.
