Pat Riley Says Jimmy Butler Should Keep His Mouth Shut if He's Not on the Court
The Heat and Sixers are both preparing for the golf course after first round playoff exits. Jimmy Butler, who did not appear against the Celtics, said something recently about how the series would have turned out differently had he been healthy. That got this response from Pat Riley:

Alright then! Maybe the Heat move Jimmy this summer. Maybe Riley is sick of Jimmy and his emo hair.
The relevant connection here is that there are Sixers fans who want Jimmy back, why, I don’t know, but they do. He’s turning 35 in the fall and has another year on his Miami contract at $48 million before a 2025-2026 player option kicks in. He played 60 games this year and then had the injury in the Sixers’ play-in game and that was it for his season.
